Lease terms

- Lease duration: 1 year - Tenant responsible for all utilities - Cable and internet included in rent. - Authorized occupants List every adult and minor who will live in the condo. Only approved occupants may use it as their residence. Require written permission before adding or replacing an occupant. - No-smoking policy Smoking, vaping, burning tobacco, marijuana, or similar substances is prohibited inside the premises, on the balcony, and in any area where prohibited by the condominium association. The tenant is responsible for smoke-related cleaning, deodorizing, staining, or damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. - No-pet policy No pets or animals may be kept, housed, or permitted on the premises, even temporarily, without the landlord's prior written approval. This provision does not limit rights concerning a legally required reasonable accommodation for an assistance animal.
