Planting areas are watered by an irrigation system and will be pruned and maintained by the owner who lives in Santa Rosa.There is an additional patio in the backyard with an area available for a personal garden. There is a driveway for one car in the back and parking in front of the house for two additional cars. The house is one block from a newly renovated public playground and one block from Vacation Beach. There is plenty of room in the full basement to store your Kayak and walk it down to the river. Guerneville is just a five minute drive away. There are great restaurants in town, some with live entertainment. There are also quaint stores and art studios and a lovely library. The Coffee Bazaar in Guerneville is a wonderful place to meet friends and has been in existence since before Starbucks. Armstrong Woods is a State Park five minutes from Guerneville that provides multiple hiking trails under giant first-growth redwoods. There are many wineries in the area. There are beautiful back roads to Healdsburg which is only a half hour away. Goat Rock Beach on the Coast is also only a half hour drive away. This area is a vacation wonderland and a truly amazing place to live year round.
