Reservation & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rent is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining rent balance (70%), all fees, and the security deposit are due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payments may be made via Zelle or Venmo. A clear photo of a valid driver's license is required for all adult residents of the coach home and all golf cart operators. Please email copies prior to arrival. Payment Schedule When What's Due Amount At booking Non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation 30% of rent 60 days before arrival Remaining rent balance + all fees + refundable security deposit 70% of rent + fees + $1,000 Within 14 days after check-out Security deposit returned (if no damage) $1,000 refunded Note: The $1,000 security deposit is in addition to your booking total and is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to inspection. Fees Cleaning Fee: $250 per stay (non-refundable) Bi-Weekly Cleaning: estimated $200 per cleaning (in-season rate), available during your stay and payable directly to the cleaning service if desired. Pet Deposit: $500 per stay, non-refundable (up to 2 pets permitted) Security Deposit: $1,000, due 60 days prior to arrival with the final balance (fully refundable, subject to inspection within 14 days of check-out) Golf Transfer Fee: $500 one-time fee per stay Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to the standard nightly rate. Please inquire in advance availability is not guaranteed. Extended stays: If you wish to extend your stay before or after your registered dates, the home may be available for an additional daily fee, subject to availability. Please inquire as early as possible. Occupancy & House Rules Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Maximum 2 vehicles permitted on the property. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoors. No parties or events of any kind. Pets: Up to 2 pets permitted with payment of the pet deposit.
