Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from late September - December 2026. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027.
