The listing price usually for the off peak season (May - October) for High season it will be 6k-7k plus extras Please read carefully and its mandatory -- Minimum 30 day rental (HOA Rule) --Follow all the community rules -- No smoking or activity should plan inside the premises -- Some fees are not included in the booking because these fees are needed 2 to 3 weeks before your arrival so you won't have any issues entering the resort or use of any amenities after booking is confirmed and few weeks before I would request you to pay the fees and sign the lease agreement please. - Membership one time transfer fee (Non refundable) = $642 per stay (payment is due to the community's Admin office before you arrive. Also this fees may change time to time). With the membership transfer, you will be able to play either of the 2 golf courses at the member rates vary by time and please check back with us). This also includes all amenity access Resort Pool, Satellite Pool, Fitness Center, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball, SPA, TIki Bar and Club House dining options. -- Pet fees (Non refundable) : We welcome pets (Dogs) under 50 lbs but there is a charge of 250$ per rental -- Lease Agreement : The resort membership transfer require a signed lease agreement with Owner and Tenant and my property manager will reach you for a signed lease agreement to be submitted to the office 15 days of your arrival --You will get all rules and communicated after the unit is book and before 2 weeks close to checkin
