Lease terms

- Signed lease is required for extent of stay with extensions of month to month, upon availability - Home is fully furnished with full kitchen supplies and linens - Non-Smoking, drug free occupants only - No history of eviction. - Household income must meet 2x the monthly rent. - All adults, 18 year old and older, must submit an application, background check, and credit history check. (Minimum 600 credit score. If credit score is less than 620, first month and last month deposit is required on signing the lease. No late payments or bankruptcy in the last 2 years.) - Mandatory automatic rent payment requested - All utilities paid for (water, sewage, electricity, garbage, internet) with exception of max powerbill at $200/monthly. Renters responsible for the difference. - Pets permitted upon approval. Non-refundable pet fee of $100 for each pet, max of two pets. - Renters responsible for propane tank refill during stay. Full tank will be provided at beginning of lease - Full, private access to the home with the exception of a locked owners closet
