      Lease Duration Start Date: July 2026 End Date: 24 months Renewal: Lease renewal is subject to mutual agreement. If neither party provides notice of termination 30 days before the end date. Utilities: - Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, gas, electricity, trash removal, and internet.
