This is a fully furnished rental. We are looking for long-term guests to keep our cozy beach Condo. We are looking for guests to stay 1, 3 or 6 months. A full year can also be discussed. Rent includes resort amenities, internet, and water. Renter is responsible for ba ackground check, renters insurance, and electric. The beach My Salty Haven is a quiet, beachy condo with a spacious floor plan. It features 1 spacious Master bedroom and 2 large cozy bunks. The master features a large walk-in closet and its own bath. BEACH ACCESS: The property is a short walk through its gated community to private beach access. AMENITIES: (You will need a wristband to enjoy these amenities, you will have to purchase these for each guest from the recreational area) Never leave the property with Horizon South's amenities, including: 4 outdoor pools, spa, children's pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits, laundry facilities, miniature golf, pool tables, and fitness room. PARKING: Just outside the condo parking is first come first serve with a 1 car minimum. You will need to purchase a parking pass from the office, it will be good for the duration you stay. LOCATION: Conveniently located in quieter West PCB near Pier Park with amazing restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the sugary white sands of the world. Also, for our chefs, the grocery is a short mile from the property and the kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary enjoyment!
