We will stop showing the property after Monday, May 18 to review applications although the listing will remain active in case we resume showings. This listing is for a 1bd/1ba downstairs accessory dwelling unit of a house in the Palisades neighborhood of Lake Oswego and is available 5/23. The unit is the entire downstairs of the house and is completely self contained and separate from the upstairs. The unit has its own front entrance, a small fenced yard, covered patio area, laundry, fireplace, and separate off street uncovered parking. The kitchen is relatively new but is small with a small island, refrigerator, full sized range and microwave but does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom is also small but new and has a full sized shower but no tub. Please note the upstairs is occupied and utilities (except internet - you will need to obtain your own) are shared with the upstairs occupants and are split 2/3rds upstairs and 1/3rd down. While we are hoping to find a single person for the unit couples will also be considered.
