About the building
Room is 8.5 x 12.5 with a 2' x 4' closet . A/C works but not great. Dining room and living room are unfurnished and ultimately, outside of my care.… Room does not have a private bathroom, but the guest bath will be yours. Laundry connections but no machines right now. Kitchen is pretty low level; it's definitely not the taj mahal , it's just a place to stay in sanford.
