This fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is available for a 12-month lease and is ideal for students, professionals, families, or traveling workers seeking a comfortable, move-in-ready home. Availability: Starting August 16, 2026 Full lease agreement will be sent separately. Initial details below: Lease Term: 12 months (shorter terms may be considered upon request). Security Deposit: Half a months rent. Utilities: Electricity, water, gas, trash, and internet are all included Furnishings: Home is fully furnished, including bedroom furniture and beds, living room furniture, dining area, and a stocked kitchen with major appliances. Pets: Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Maintenance: Tenants are expected to keep the property clean and promptly report any maintenance issues. Lawn care is included. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy (4-5 tenants) and all applicants are subject to standard screening, including background, credit, income, and rental history verification.
