Finally, come back to your 4-bedroom, 3 full-bath + 2 half-bath retreat for a relaxing drink and a post-dinner soak in the Mami Wata (Mermaid) pool on the Lanai watching the stars twinkle overhead! This home is fully furnished and accepts short-term rentals all year-round on our Safari by the Sea website or on AirBnB and VRBO. Monthly rentals for August through January which is our low season is $4,900/month. Monthly rentals for February through July which is our high season is $8,900/month. All monthly rentals include utilities, internet, pool service, and lawn service. Annual rentals are $5,900/month, fully furnished but without any utilities and pool/lawn service, and they will require a 1 month rent security deposit. Palm Coast is just 45 minutes South of Jacksonville, 20 minutes from St. Augustine, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, and 1 hour from Orlando.
