Rent entire Main part of house (1653 square feet, 3 bed 2 bath) for $3200 per month + $1600 Deposit & $250 cleaning fee if all rooms are available (all rent and fees are prepaid prior to entry and on or prior to due date on lease each month as a condition of continued occupancy) - maximum 6 people; OR one or more of the 3 bedrooms with their own Keyless Entry Lock - sharing the kitchen, living room and dining room. Maximum 2 people per room. Bedroom #1 King size bed and ensuite bathroom. $1050 per month + $525 Deposit & $150 cleaning fee for 1 person. $1550 per month + $775 Deposit & $200 cleaning fee for 2 people. All rent and fees are prepaid prior to entry and on or prior to each month of the due date on the lease as a condition of continued occupancy Bedroom #2 Queen size bed & Bedroom # 3 Full size bed share the hall bathroom. $1000 per month + $500 Deposit & $100 cleaning fee for 1 person per room. $1500 per month plus $750 Deposit & $150 cleaning fee for 2 people per room. Background and credit check are required prior to acceptance of a lease, no exceptions. Utilities are included, Large Smart TV, 2 GB Fiber Internet! Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the living room. 30 Day Minimum Stay per local Zoning Laws. Starter toiletries and cleaning products are provided.
