Ceramic tile flooring throughout. Clothes washer and dryer inside unit! Fully turnkey furnished unit, so just bring your suitcase. Community has 3 clubhouses, each with a heated pool, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, Exercise, art and sculpting classes are provided, as well as many groups to join! Pelican Cove includes a harbor with 85 slips with direct access to the intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of America. Plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the community. As well as Sarasota's world class beaches, including #1 Siesta Key Beach with it's famous white powdered sugar sand. 2 months minimum, but 3 or 4 months preferred. Season rent is $4500 a month. Off season availability from May 11th thru October 15th at $1950 a month. Pelican Cove Condo Association requires 21 days for application approval.
