Formal dining room with table for 6 guests. Great room has vaulted ceiling, sliding doors to pool area, 65" smart TV. Primary bedroom has king bed, sitting area, smart TV, sliding doors to pool, huge walk-in closet and is adjoined by full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, smart TV, sliding doors to pool, closet with organizers. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and closet with organizers. Hallway full bathroom has tub/shower combo. Full size washer and dryer for guest use. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. Beach supplies including 6 chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards and cooler. Bikes for exploring the neighborhood and floats for pool enjoyment. The backyard had enough privacy, the pool was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of Florida's foliage! Georgette - February 2024 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at rotunda Lakes. Dorothy was very easy to work with and had everything we needed for a week's stay. If we had any concerns at all, she was very attuned to finding a repair person immediately to take care of anything on hand. The Boca grande Beach was just a short 20 minute drive away. And we love the fact that all the beach chairs and umbrellas were available as well. Since we spend a lot of time on the lanai and in the pool area, it would've been nice to have a barbecue grill and an outside TV. Barbara - November 2024 My grandson his wife and family stayed, they had a very good time. They have four little girls ages 18 months to 8 years old. They had a real good time in the beautiful pool. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. Dorota was very responsive when asking any questions that came up. We were not familiar with the area and she recommended many local restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and great for biking and walking. Additionally, this vacation home is close to several golf courses, beautiful beaches, parks, bike/walk paths and excellent restaurants. The pool is exceptional, large, southeast facing which welcomes the sun in morning at stays all day long. A quiet wooded neighborhood that is great for morning walks and minutes from the Cape Haze trail. By far the cleanest home I ever stay at. An owner that are easy to contact whenever the needs arises. Everything you need to have a restful, relaxing time in Florida. Don't want to stay in and enjoy the pool and sunshine on the lanai? NO problem! You are so close to more amazing beaches, restaurants, activities, and shopping than you will have time to visit. Ours was a girls' trip for my 50th birthday. Five friends, love to cook, ready to laugh and have fun. We cooked at the house, and had everything we needed for Shrimp Fest, lots of appetizers, breakfasts, and fancying up leftovers! You can venture out to Farlowe's for a nice dinner or Laishley's for a nice lunch by the water. We flew into Sarasota and ate at Irma's tacos on our way to the house (delicious) Dollar General is close to the house for anything you may have forgotten. Publix and Super Days have loads of great food options also. Clean house, well appointed, and your host is a wonderful communicator. On our last night we were planning our next visit back. We were all thankful that we woke up to a light rain on our departure day, as it made it slightly easier to leave this super comfortable home away from home. Book it! You will not be disappointed
