Amazing spectacular views of the Ocean and Intracoastal City from the 12 floor of this extraordinary 1000 sq. foot 1 Bedroom and 2 Bath Apartment with 2 balconies! Totally upgraded! Brand new composite marble floors throughout, freshly painted, open kitchen with cabinetry and granite counter tops. Dishwasher, Disposal, Dryer and Washer, Microwave and Refrigerator are all in the apartment. Completely furnished with spectacular crystal chandeliers in dining and living areas. Two TV. One TV in the living room and one in bedroom. Very comfortable bedding sleeps 2 adults on the king size bed with new matrass in master bedroom. Futon in the living room sleeps 2 adults or 2 children temporary staying in the unit as a guest. Great for the mom and baby! Baby crib and bedding are provided free of charge. Easy beach access with the wheelchair ramp to the beach. La Perla condominium is 43 story building and offers one of the best amenities in Sunny Isles Beach: oceanfront heated swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, 24 hours concierge, valet parking, spa & much more. La Perla amenities also include Beach Club with umbrellas, chairs and beach towels free of charge. Price will depend on the length of the rent and the time of the year. Regular Low Season (March through November) monthly rent is $3,750. High Season (December through February) is higher. Minimum 30 days stay and maximum 2 people. Tenant will receive a discount for stay over 180 nights. For rentals less than 6 months guests will pay the following taxes as part of their reservation starting from Jan 1, 2019: 7% Florida Transient Rental and Sales Surtax Tax to Florida Dep of Revenue.
