No Smoking: The renter agrees not to smoke or permit smoking inside the leased property. This includes all tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Any violation of this term will result in a penalty fee and/or termination of the lease agreement. Rent: The renter shall pay the monthly rent amount in full on or before the due date, as specified in the lease agreement. Failure to pay rent on time will result in late fees. Electricity: The renter is responsible for paying the electricity bill for the leased property. The renter shall keep the electricity account current at all times and provide proof of payment upon request. Water: The renter is responsible for paying the water bill for the leased property.
