Hardwood floors throughout, upstairs bonus room that can be used as an office or TV room, nice-sized kitchen, forced-air heat, washer & dryer included. Deck, fenced back yard, off-street parking, detached garage with space for a small car, but not a large truck or SUV.
$2,200 per month, tenant to pay utilities and maintain lawn. Possible rent-to-own. First & last + $2,200 security deposit and proof of tenant insurance due at signing. 1 year lease, tenant responsible for all utilities (Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric) and renters Insurance required. No smoking or vaping in or around the house, pets possible subject to owner meeting and approving pet.
For each tenant 18 years or older, references required (including from prior landlords), solid credit score (minimum 700) and steady verifiable employment history showing combined minimum, sustainable income of 3.5 times rent plus all expenses.
Applications accepted only after landlord and tenant(s) have met and tenant has had an opportunity to view the house and grounds. All applications received are reviewed at the same time. $40 non-refundable application fee per tenant.
