Lease Terms & Rental Options **Lease Term Options** We offer flexible lease terms to accommodate different rental needs: **3-Month Lease** Minimum 3-month commitment Monthly rent: 1600** Renewal may be requested at the end of the lease term, subject to availability and approval. **6-Month Lease** Maximum initial lease term offered Monthly rent: 1500** Renewal may be requested prior to the end of the lease term, subject to availability and approval. **Month-to-Month** Month-to-month rental is available for added flexibility. Month-to-month rent: 1650 per month** The month-to-month rate is higher than the rate offered for a fixed-term lease due to the additional flexibility. Month-to-month tenancy is subject to the applicable notice requirements under the lease and Florida law. Lease Renewals The maximum initial lease term is **6 months**. Tenants who wish to continue renting beyond their initial lease term may request a renewal. **Renewal requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the current lease expires.** Renewal is subject to availability, compliance with the terms of the existing lease, and mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant. A new lease or renewal agreement may be required for any additional rental period. Important Rental Information All lease terms are subject to application approval and applicable rental requirements. Rent amount depends on the selected lease term. Month-to-month rental is offered at a higher monthly rate than fixed-term leases. The property is a furnished tiny home/efficiency located behind the main residence. The rental is offered as a private living space with its own private entrance and bathroom. All occupants must comply with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement and applicable property rules.
