Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Any unauthorized occupants exceeding the registered guest count will incur a violation fee of $800 for 17-22 people. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited, and any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Noise disturbances resulting in a neighbor complaint or city ordinance violation will be the responsibility of the guest.
The property has 4 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices for security purposes. Mail and package deliveries are generally not allowed due to Florida law regarding short-term rentals, but exceptions can be made with a written declaration. Guests are responsible for any fines issued by the city due to noise violations. There is a $1000 smoke remediation fee for smoking inside the property. Excessive cleaning fees will be applied for unreasonably dirty homes, including pet hair on furniture or carpets. A $75 removal fee applies for excessive trash requiring hauling away, and an additional $300 cleaning fee for excessive waste or scattered mess. Commercial photography or filming requires prior host approval and an additional $500 fee.
