I am looking for a responsible adult/family renter(s) with solid work history, good rental, and credit history. It is a ranch style house and has pleasant orchard views, very quiet and private with orchards surrounding it from all sides. It is clean, with tile and hardwood floors throughout. It will be available April 12 and I am accepting applications now. Appointments to view inside will be scheduled in advance and conducted on a case by case basis. Pets possible based on a review and additional deposit. The garage and the surrounding farm area is not included in the rental. Maximum of 3 cars. Tenant pays for Gas + Electric (MID) / Owner pays for Trash + Water.
