Lease terms

This unit has its own meter for all utilities. Tenant agrees to transfer all utilities with JEA into their name, prior to occupancy. It's the lessee's responsibility to pay for electricity, water/sewage, cable, etc. security deposits and last month rental are due at the signing. Small pets are allowed with non refundable fee. Tenant agrees to keep and maintain their Apartment in good and clean condition, excepting reasonable wear and tear, and to make no alterations, improvement or additions without Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will promptly reimburse Landlord for any damages resulting from Tenant or Tenant's guests. Tenant will keep the sinks, lavatories, commodes and all other plumbing open. Tenant will be responsible for changing air- conditioner filters as necessary, no later those 90 days apart, at Tenants expense. Tenant agrees to inform Landlord immediately of any leaking plumbing, or water from an unknown source.
