An enclosed one car garage and driveway parking are available for 3 vehicles, and additional parking is on street, no permit required. The historic Shadowbrook restaurant is literally steps from this unit. Capitola Village and beach access is an easy walk from this home where you can spend the day picnicking at the beach, rent stand up paddle boards, shop at local boutiques, browse galleries and enjoy a bustling restaurant scene.
