Landlord will provide lawn care; however, tenant(s) are responsible for watering to maintain the upkeep of the lawn. Lease term minimal 12months. Application will be require for everyone above 18 years old, as part of the HOA requirement Tenant(s) are responsible for any/all HOA violation; Landlord will only be responsible for the monthly due and nothing else. Landlords insurance do not cover tenant(s) property. Tenant(s) are highly recommended to obtain their own renter insurance
