There is plenty of room for patio furniture, grill, and a portable fire pit. It also has a family room, dining room, & kitchen on the bottom. The kitchen has a fridge & stove. There is a quasi-central heat unit under the stairs that keeps the bottom floor nice & warm during winter. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, & 3 closets (2 in bedrooms, the other in the main hallway). One bedroom is the master and has a window AC/Heat unit. The other two bedrooms are smaller, both have AC (only)window units. The bathroom is upstairs with one window AC (only) unit. There is a screened-in porch upstairs with a swing & ceiling fan, perfect for receiving and entertaining company with a great view of the 135-year-old historic main house including the pool, tiki hut, & palm trees. This is a quiet, quaint, & safe historic carriage house, perfect for those that like hardwood floors in an historic part of town.
