Finally enjoy peace Quiet in a very clean new small tiny home nestled in the woods. We have three coming up the first one is moving because of his job and will be available Saturday, it is very small but has everything inside including full bathroom and room for a single bed at $700 per month with utilities The next one is a much bigger tiny home with a separate bedroom set for bathroom and kitchen and we are in the process of doing an eviction will most likely be available the end of June at $900 per month with utilities We also have one of the biggest ones with two Lofts that is being worked on most likely compete July 15th. It is currently at a different location while it's being built out and could handle a family of four very easily at 1,000 to $1,200 per month depending on how many people with utilities No smoking is allowed in the homes, a pet is OK. Sometimes requires more deposit and or rent Some people do opt to pay weekly which is fine with us. $50 background check looking only at evictions and anything that shows you're not a quiet person that's easy to get along with
