The renter is responsible for all utilities - Water. Internet. FP&L. Gas and Sanitation. Plus, basic care of the small front yard, including mowing and watering. Landlord will supply a mower. Utilities are approximately $200/month. The house has two window units with a/c, a dehumidifier, and heat. The house shares a driveway with the house next door and we have a system that works well as long as everyone pulls well forward or into the garage. We love pets but don't love the damage they do. If your ONE PET can get a recommendation from your previous landlord, it's a possibility. We require first month, last month, and a $1000 damage deposit.
