Month to month lease. My hope is for people to stay for years. I simply asked that people respect the property and enjoy the property as I know I will uphold my end of the relationship by providing the services I stated. Also, if you have an issue with anything utility wise in the home, I fix it as fast as possible, it's my job. I just simply ask that you pay your rent on a before the first of each month. No smoking in the home. One cat only allowed. Again, two off street parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Oil heat, forced hot air. Electric water heater. Electric stove.
