This home has been an awesome place to live. I personally lived here for about 5 years with 3 other buddies while we were getting started in Portland, and it worked incredibly well for sharing space without ever feeling cramped.
The layout is perfect for either a small family or a group of roommates looking to split rent 3 or 4 ways. There is an extra living space on the lower level that lacks its own closet, but is otherwise perfect for an additional bedroom. Everyone has their own space, and the common areas especially the living room are big enough to actually hang out, host friends, or just relax without stepping on each other.
The garage is also a huge bonus plenty of room for parking, storage, or even setting up a little gym or workspace.
Overall, it's just a super practical, comfortable house that's easy to live in day-to-day. If you're looking for something that balances space, affordability, and a great setup for roommates or a family, this place really delivers.

UTILITIES Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage, and internet. Tenant must transfer all applicable utility accounts into their name prior to move-in. NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home or on the premises, including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or any other substances. PETS Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pet rent and deposits apply. Unauthorized pets are a lease violation and may result in fines or termination of tenancy. These terms can be negotiated before move-in depending on the situation. OCCUPANCY Only approved tenants listed on the lease may occupy the property. Subletting or unauthorized occupants are not permitted without written consent from the landlord. MAINTENANCE & CARE Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition. Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance including replacing light bulbs, HVAC filters, and basic yard upkeep such as mowing and landscaping. REPAIRS Tenant must promptly notify landlord of any maintenance issues. Tenant shall not make repairs or alterations without prior written consent. HVAC & PLUMBING Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters every 2 3 months. Any damage to HVAC or plumbing caused by improper use, including clogs from inappropriate materials, will be the tenant's financial responsibility. RENT & LATE FEES Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Any rent not received by the 5th day of the month will incur a late fee of $100. An additional $100 penalty will be incurred each 5th day until payment is made. MOVE-OUT CONDITION Tenant agrees to return the property in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Cleaning and damage costs may be deducted from the security deposit. ENTRY Landlord may enter the property with proper notice for inspections, repairs, or to show the property, in accordance with Oregon law. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY No illegal activity is permitted on the premises. Any violation is grounds for immediate termination of the lease. RENTERS INSURANCE Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof upon request. PARKING & ALTERATIONS Parking is limited to designated areas only. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles may be stored on the property. Tenant shall not install fixtures, paint, or otherwise modify the property without written permission from the landlord.
