COMMON QUESTIONS:
*Parking: no garage parking available. The street is the only block in the neighborhood that is permit which is actually good as this means only residents of the block (aka you) can park on the block so parking is generally extremely easy. All surrounding blocks are no permit, and free, as well. I believe a house two doors down is renting a spot per month (cannot help facilitate this they had a sign up)
*Pets: we love animals! Pets on a case by case basis with possible pet fee. Must be non destructive and if a dog, not loud or barky when left alone. The building has a chill vibe that we want to maintain.
*Neighborhood: Gem of a neighborhood that is extremely quiet and peaceful but with amazing access to all of Chicago. 20 min walk to best of west loop, 15 min to wicker park, 5 min to prime west town. Chicago blue line a 12 min walk; Chicago/grand/ashland buses all 2-3 blocks away; 90/94 a 2 min drive.
