Tenant pays utilities, garbage and recycle -All applicants must complete a screening application, background check and credit check online. -A complete application for each occupant age 18 and older is required. -Valid Oregon ID. -Applicants will not be considered if they have prior evictions in the past 3 years -Applicants must have a credit score above 600 and an explanation letter for any lates in past two years -Total household income must be 3 times monthly rent -Applicants must be prepared to provide proof of income such as most recent pay stub or most recent tax return with a year to date profit and loss if applicable. -No pets allowed (Service dog ok but must be present at showing) -No smoking -No marijuana -All adults applying to live in the house must be present at showing -Tenant is responsible for all lawn care in between maintenance included in rent.
