Lease terms

This home is available for a minimum 12-month lease. Renters are responsible for utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, trash, cable/internet, and any other services used during the lease term, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Security deposit, first month's rent, and any applicable pet fees or administrative fees are due prior to move-in. Pets may be considered subject to owner approval, breed/size restrictions, and payment of applicable pet fees or deposits. Applicants must complete a rental application and may be subject to background, credit, income, employment, and rental history screening. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Tenant must comply with all HOA rules and community restrictions, if applicable. Lawn care, pest control, and other property maintenance responsibilities will be addressed in the lease agreement.
