Renter(s) are responsible for the first and security deposit at signing ( read below about some exceptions made for section 8 vouchers). There will also be a credit and background checks. Preferred 1-year lease term, but short-term leases maybe an option if impacted by Hurricane Helene or other natural disaster. We are willing to accept rental subsidies from special sources made available to disaster victims. Vouchers (section 8) accepted. Some exceptions may be made for section 8 applicants for security deposit. Rental insurance is required for all renter(s) and a quarterly (every 3 month) inspection with a 48-hour notice.
