Lease terms

Your lease will be a one-year lease. Two-year possible. The lease can be extended if mutually agreed. Along with many standard terms and conditions of the lease, below are some of the thing you may have questions about. Very good credit, background check and proven ability to afford lease is required. * Unit will be available for move-in on or about July 1st. Earlier move-in may be possible. *You will pay the gas, electric and cable providers directly. *I will pay the HOA fee which among other things includes, trash, street and sidewalk snow removal. You are responsible to clear deck and steps of snow and ice. Water is also included in the monthly HOA fee. *You will need to obey the condo association rules and regulations which will be provided to you. *Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed. As per HOA rules unit owners may have one dog or one cat but renters may not have any pets. *You will carry a $300,000 liability policy with your renter's insurance during the term of the lease or as extended. *This is a smoke free space. There is no smoking or vaping anywhere in the premises unit, halls or basement. *As with any lease there are many other terms. If you and landlord agree to rental, you will receive a copy of the lease and addendums to read and review before you sign.
