Hallway also has a smaller linen closet. Plenty of storage in the garage. Private entry. Park in garage, driveway or on the street. GREAT neighborhood, not a typical rental neighborhood. Yes, I am the owner, and you can verify in 2 minutes on county website. I won't ask for huge amounts of cash up front, only after background check and lease signing. Highland Druid Area.
