Lease terms

~1 YEAR lease required ~Tenant pays their own electric bill and internet, as well as a RUBS monthly fee which covers gas, water, recycling, trash, and electricity for the communal spaces. Fee is based on actual provider bills and is not for profit. ~MONTHLY RENT: $2250 and due at lease signing ~SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2250 due at lease signing (returned within 31 days after move-out (minus any deductions for unpaid rent or damage beyond normal wear and tear) ~Interested parties must schedule a tour before submitting an application. ~Proof of employment/income (2x the rent) and previous rental history are required. A credit score above 600 is preferred (Lack of credit history will not be considered a negative factor) as well as at least 12 months of verifiable rental history. Positive landlord references, timely rent payments, and a record free of lease violations will be considered. Applicants may provide supplemental evidence to explain, justify, or offset negative screening results. The apartment becomes available August 10-15, with some flexibility in the start date. Another identical apartment will become available in September or October. Contact us to schedule a viewing between August. 1-9.
