Cameras are located outdoors only. Tampering with, covering, or disabling security cameras is strictly prohibited. Utility is included in the monthly rent, hence no more obligation from the renter after paying the rent. The renter is NOT responsible for mowing lawn during their stay. Parking is available on the quiet cul-de-sac street directly in front of the property.
