This is a furnished vacation rental. Garage not included but plenty of driveway parking space. Utilities and internet included in rent! Basic supplies provided to get you through the start of your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo /conditioner/body wash, etc). No smoking and no pets allowed (this is a pet-allergen friendly rental, so no exceptions). Minimum 30-night stay. $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. $500 refundable security deposit for winter, spring, or fall guests (waived for summer guests). 750 minimum credit score and $90k minimum income requirements. Landlord will verify income and run background and credit check. $50 non-refundable application fee. Current availability (subject to change as we receive bookings): Available October 9-December 12, 2025 and January 5-June 30, 2026 Base Pricing varies seasonally as follows: Winter (Dec-Feb): $2200/month Summer (June-Aug): $4500/month Spring/Fall (Mar-May, Sept-Nov): $2500/month

In a town where most rentals welcome pets with open arms, we understand the importance of a comfortable and safe environment for those with pet allergies - and though we love animals, we are strict on our no-pet policy. The primary room has a king bed, full closet and small workstation (computer chair & desk) - great for working professionals. We have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for you to hook your laptop into during your stay. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double/full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top along with a small closet where a toddler mattress is stashed away. Not enough beds? Check the linen closet where you will find a queen air mattress and bedding available for your use as needed. Located in Midtown, across the street from Pelican Brewery. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries within minutes from your front door. Or walk to downtown in about 15 minutes where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and galleries. If you'd rather stay home, no problem; you will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, SmartTV, and Wi-fi. Feeling nostalgic? Kick back and enjoy some classic movies on DVD or pick from one of many board games. Or relax outside in the fully fenced front yard. So, whether you're here for a month getaway or a more extended stay, come experience the heart of Cannon Beach, Oregon.
