Annual lease which can be paid monthly or in full at lease signing. Maximum occupancy 3 humans; pets negotiable on case by case basis. LGBTQ and THC (outdoors pls) friendly. Renter pays electricity and internet/cable. Twice weekly trash pick up, water, sewage, monthly FRONT yard maintenance and OUTDOOR pest control included/provided at no extra charge. Renter is responsible for general upkeep of the backyard, excluding the storage shed which remains the property and responsibility of the owners. Rental location is a non evacuation zone however, in the event of a storm, renter is responsible for the immediate general clean up of the front yard and renter's portion of the back yard, within reason. NO indoor smoking. NO parties, loud music or other disturbances as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Any vehicle that leaks fluid must be parked on the street and NOT in the garage or the driveway, even if it is yours. Serious applicants must clear a background and credit check at their own cost before moving forward. Cost of the background/credit check will be credited towards first month's rent if the rental lease is agreed upon and signed by all parties.
