Both light filled levels still retain most of their original heart pine flooring. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen with loads of cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, tiled floor and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Off of it, the lovely dining room seats four to six people and shares a see-through gas-logged fireplace with the living room. The living room seats eight people and has an accent brick wall. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed, laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer, and private bath with tiled walk-in shower, double sinks, granite countertops, jetted tub and clothes closet. The queen guest bedroom has an attached full, tiled, bath with walk-in shower. A half bath is located downstairs for your convenience and guests. There are three TVs with cable. Outside the front door, there is a screened-in front porch with rockers and swing. This house has a lovely, private, walled and gated courtyard with table and seating for four and includes a Weber grill.
