Downtown Idaho Springs, with its shops, dining, and hot springs, is a 20-minute drive, as is Indian Hot Springs. The Mount Evans Scenic Byway is 45 minutes away for an incredible high-altitude drive.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to disclose all additional guests to the host in advance and comply with local laws and regulations, including the strict prohibition of illegal substances on the property. As the home is located in a residential neighborhood, guests are asked to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or on balconies, with a $300 cleaning fee for violations. Unauthorized events incur a $500 fee, and unauthorized weddings or filming incur a $2,000 fee. Extra or unregistered guests are charged $50 per person, per day. Late checkout after 15 minutes is $55 per hour. Lost keys, fobs, or parking passes are $200.
