FINAL REVISION of lease terms! Completely furnished including decorations. House is perched on the top of Bull Mountain. For rent beginning in June, with a 2 -3 MONTH TERM. Mid June move-in would be ideal. Not looking to rent longer at this time. Bull Mountain is a perfect neighborhood with nicely maintained spacious homes and some amazing views, including Mt. Hood covered in snow. This house is roomy, and bright! It sits on a large, tree abundant 1/3 acre lot, on a elevated hilly street. It is comfortable for relaxing, and calm for getting work accomplished. Easy to keep neat and clean, and is uncluttered. Many medical facilities close by for those in a related field. Progress Ridge, a fun shopping and entertainment destination is under 2 miles away. It includes a New Seasons grocery, UA movie theater, an Al's (similar to Dave and Busters), Munchies yogurt, a french cafe with seating overlooking the lake and mini vineyard. Lots of great casual food restaurants. Even an Ikea pickup store. There's also a Safeway and a Whole Food, and Trader Joe's close. Also (about 4 miles) is Costco, and Washington Square Mall (Portland's largest). Inside the house, look out the back windows to view a small tree filled greenspace. The homes that backup are blocked by the trees. The neighborhood has abundant trees with sidewalks on all the streets, attracting families looking for safe streets for walks or for their kids to play. If you enjoy nature walks, walk over to our neighborhood trail that starts on Fern St., a street that feels like it is inside a forest. The trail goes along a shady ravine. There is also a nature park nearby that has fun trails. If you enjoy pickleball, there are courts nearby. Also, a ping pong facility. This neighborhood is car dependant, with no public transportation within it. I provide fast high speed internet with 4 fast Eero mesh routers in the house. I am wired for cable, but it is not needed because I receive free broadcast TV. The living room has a 75" smart TV, and the master bedroom has a 65". NO Dogs. Cats OK. NO smoking. NO Exceptions. You can park in the driveway or street, not the garage. Please apply if you have good credit, your cleanliness standards are high, and your rental or ownership history is clean. I will accept pets for an additional fee. I will include the following utilities to you at no cost: Fiber internet and gas. Pets will be considered and will have an extra charge depending on the kind of pet. The house has EV charging. Tenant is reasponsible for the following utilities: electric, water and trash. In order to avoid unneceassary tours, I need for interested parties to complete an application as a pre-screening. I want to be able to see that the tenant has income capable of paying their rent. I am limiting the occupancy to a total of 4 occupants. Please do not apply if this does not apply to you. Thank you!
