The room is furnished as pictured with a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, desk, office chair, and reading chair. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, I'm happy to remove the existing furniture before move-in. There is one friendly 16-year-old Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix named Molly (pictured), so applicants should enjoy living with dogs. Pets are welcome if they are well-behaved and get along with Molly. Please note that while you would initially be the only tenant renting a room, I plan to rent the upstairs office to a second roommate in the future. I want to be transparent about this from the beginning so there are no surprises later.
