Back seat folds down to create large cargo area. Comes with canvas enclosure for inclement weather. Golf club rack included for those awesome days on the golf course! Liability waiver is required for use of the golf cart, minimum age of any driver is 25.
Our beautiful 2 fully furnished bedroom 2 bath patio villa is centrally located in the village of Hawkins, only a 15 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square, Eastport Town Square and Middleton entertainment areas, and only a 5 minute ride to Sawgrass Grove entertainment area. There are both championship and executive golf courses just minutes away as well, including the spectacular Southern Oaks championship course and the brand new Woodlands championship and Laurel Oaks executive courses!
In addition, the Mickey Lee pitch and putt 18 hole course and the Clifton Cove 18 hole miniature golf course are great for the whole family and just minutes away.
Our home features all the amenities you could wish for, including a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and all utensils to cook with. In addition, we have very comfortable furniture in the living room, and a very comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet with double the space dual level clothes hanging benefit. The guest room features a queen bed with a desk, desk chair, and TV. Inside laundry room and large pantry also makes your stay feel just like home!
Lovely landscaping with a handsome set of table and chairs on the front porch to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or evening beverage. Charcoal BBQ grill and two folding chairs are included under the carport roof.
Golf cart garage and carport provides easy access to all the nearby amenities including Hawkins recreation center with 85 degree year round pool, shuffleboard, cornhole and more!
You will love the clean, cozy home we provide at a very good price. Rental price includes all utilities, landscaping, and WIFI. Owner also lives in The Villages and is just a phone call away for any assistance you might need.
Rental for $1795 a month May through Oct 2026 is subject to credit and background checks. November and December rent is $2250 a month. January through March 2027 is unavailable.
