Our beautiful 2 fully furnished bedroom 2 bath patio villa is centrally located in the village of Hawkins, only a 15 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square, Eastport Town Square and Middleton entertainment areas, and only a 5 minute ride to Sawgrass Grove entertainment area. There are both championship and executive golf courses just minutes away as well, including the spectacular Southern Oaks championship course and the brand new Woodlands championship and Laurel Oaks executive courses! In addition, the Mickey Lee pitch and putt 18 hole course and the Clifton Cove 18 hole miniature golf course are great for the whole family and just minutes away. Our home features all the amenities you could wish for, including a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and all utensils to cook with. In addition, we have very comfortable furniture in the living room, and a very comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet with double the space dual level clothes hanging benefit. The guest room features a queen bed with a desk, desk chair, and TV. Inside laundry room and large pantry also makes your stay feel just like home! Lovely landscaping with a handsome set of table and chairs on the front porch to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or evening beverage. Charcoal BBQ grill and two folding chairs are included under the carport roof. Golf cart garage and carport provides easy access to all the nearby amenities including Hawkins recreation center with 85 degree year round pool, shuffleboard, cornhole and more!
