Room Available in Herndon Townhouse/Split Level Condo Available Immediately Two professional women in our mid-30s are looking for a third roommate (female preferred) to join our townhouse immediately. The current lease runs through May 31, 2026, and we plan to renew for another one-year term (June 1, 2026 May 31, 2027). Please note that short-term or month-to-month arrangements are not available. The townhouse is conveniently located about a quarter mile from the Innovation Center Metro Station and within walking distance of the Herndon Clocktower Center. The area offers plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as quick access to the toll road for an easy commute. The Room: The available bedroom is approximately 10' x 12' and includes an in-room closet. It is partially furnished with: Desk and chair Bedside table and lamp If you prefer an unfurnished space, these items can easily be removed. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and includes cupboard storage for your personal items. Household: We share the home with one very friendly and sweet cat, so unfortunately we are not able to accommodate additional pets at this time. Cost Rent: $1,000 per month Utilities: Average about $120 per person/month (internet, gas, electric) Water: Billed quarterly, typically $85 $100 per person Cleaning service: $35 per person (bi-weekly) Pest service: $50 per person (quarterly with Terminix) Rent is due before the first of each month and can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Security deposit is $1200 and includes the sum for the final room carpet cleaning upon departure. Any funds not used for repairs, rent, utilities or carpet cleaning will be refunded.
