We've absolutely loved living in this home and the convenience that comes with the location. One of the biggest things that makes it stand out is the layout everything you need is on the main level, so there are no stairs to constantly deal with. It's been incredibly comfortable and practical for everyday living. One thing people always say when they walk in is how deceptively large the home feels. From the outside, it looks much smaller than it actually is, but once you step inside, the amount of living space really surprises people. In addition to the spacious main level, there's also a large basement rec room along with two additional downstairs rooms that offer tons of flexibility for extra bedrooms, guest space, offices, gyms, hobbies, storage, or entertainment areas. The home features two spacious master bedrooms, which is surprisingly hard to find and makes the setup super flexible for families, roommates, guests, or even a home office arrangement. The converted 2-car garage adds a huge amount of additional living space and really makes the home feel much larger than expected. What we're especially proud of is that the entire home has just been fully renovated this month from top to bottom. Every square inch has been updated and refreshed the home is truly move-in ready with not a single blemish anywhere. Everything feels clean, modern, and meticulously maintained. The yard is also HUGE and fully fenced, which has honestly been one of our favorite parts of the property. There's so much outdoor space to enjoy, whether it's for kids, pets, entertaining, gardening, or simply relaxing outside with added privacy and peace of mind. The street itself is very quiet with minimal traffic, and the neighbors here have been absolutely fantastic. It's a very family-friendly neighborhood where people genuinely look out for each other. The location in Fairfax is incredibly convenient as well. You can get to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and gas stations within literally a minute or two of driving. Major commuter routes, parks, and everyday essentials are all extremely close by, while the home itself still feels peaceful and tucked away from the busy areas. The schools in the area are also excellent, which has made the neighborhood even more desirable for families. Overall, it's just an easy, comfortable home to live in something that's getting harder and harder to find nowadays.
