This is a warm, family-friendly space with a beautiful yard and thoughtful details throughout we hope to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have. Lease Terms & Utilities This is a one-year lease. Tenants are responsible for trash, water, electricity, and internet/cable. Landlord covers HOA fees and septic system clean out. The home is offered furnished, though this is negotiable depending on tenant preference. Furnishings can include major furniture pieces; details can be discussed based on tenant needs. Property Care & Expectations Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance, either by maintaining the yard themselves or hiring a service. Snow removal (if applicable) is also the tenant's responsibility.
