This level does not work for two people requiring privacy. There is also a large closet and two skylights on this upper level. Gas forced air heat; two window air conditioners included. Separate hot water heat, newer electric. Tenant pays for heat. There is a large landscaped yard between this coach house and the front building, including a plot to plant vegetables. Additional storage, including bike room. Please note - there are no laundry machines on the property. Lease can begin anytime June or July 1st. Rent is $1995/month + heat.
