Lease Description for Rental Property Thank you for your interest in renting our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Below are the details of the lease agreement for your review: Lease Terms: Lease Duration: One year with an option to renew. Move-In Fees: First Month's Rent: $2,000 Security Deposit: $2,000 Pet Deposit: $250 per pet (non-refundable), with no monthly pet charges. Application Requirements: All applicants must complete a renter's application at a cost of $50 per adult intending to reside in the home. Pet Policy: Small dogs under 30 lbs and cats are allowed on the premises. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per animal is required. Late Payment Policy: A $100 late fee will be charged for any rent payments made after the due date. Utilities and Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Yard maintenance is also the tenant's responsibility. Tenants are responsible for any and all pest control services required on the premises. Property Rules: Tenants are not permitted to paint the interior or exterior of the property. Violating this rule may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will lead to an automatic loss of the security deposit.
