The other rental is a one bedroom/one bath apartment located on the lower level and has a separate entrance facing the bike path. The resident of the apartment shares the use of one off street parking place and one bike storage space in the shed with the residents of Clark Farmhouse. MAINTENANCE: Owner pays for all interior and exterior maintenance, including landscaping and gutter cleaning, while RESIDENTS OF THE HOUSE are responsible for mowing the lawn and for leaf and snow removal. UTILITIES: Residents reimburse owner on a monthly basis for (water/sewer/trash/compost/gas/electricity/heat/AC) at $245/month for the first person and $145/month for each additional person. The house is fiber-ready for internet/TV through Verizon up to 1 Gigabyte and residents are responsible for paying Verizon directly for the service they select. PETS Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. BIKE STORAGE There is a storage shed with space for 2 bikes.
